• How should I book the aircraft so that I can fly with you?

  You can book the aircraft by calling Arun: +91 99529 70810, Sunil: +91 98403 10006 or Benni: +91 90036 22888 or mailing us at am@kingjets.in. KingJets operates flights to various destinations in India, at a short notice of just 6 hours where airports are operational round the clock.

• What assistance does KingJets provide for check in?

  If you are travelling within India, you need to arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to departure and if you are travelling to international destinations you need to arrive 60 minutes before departure.

  You will be escorted by our customer service staff from the departure lounge of the airport. They will also ensure that formalities, including obtaining customs and immigration clearances are taken care of.

  For international flights our ground support staff will store your baggage in the aircraft before the flight departs and hand it back to you on arrival.

• Do you serve alcohol on the flight? If not, can I carry alcoholic beverages?

  For domestic flights, we do not serve any alcoholic beverages on the flight as we strictly follow the rules and regulations stipulated by the Director General of Civil Aviation. Also passengers are also not permitted to bring alcohol into the aircraft as per DGCA guidelines.

• Is smoking permitted on the flight?

  Smoking/Electronic Cigarettes are not allowed in the aircraft as per the DGCA guidelines.

• What inflight entertainment options are available?

  You'll enjoy the Gulfstream entertainment system that includes a dual Blueray DVD/CD player and a 15 inch LCD video monitor and stereo speaker system. The cabin audio system come equipped with Bose headphones for each passenger seat

• Do you own or manage the aircraft?

  Kingjets owns and manages the aircraft but has also tied up with a professional aircraft maintenance company which is highly respected in the industry for its track record and technical expertise on aircraft maintenance.

• Does the aircraft have rest room?

  The aircraft does have a lavatory. The lavatory is well equipped and features running water and mirrored vanity with storage.
